Job Description:

Bay Group Ventures is seeking self-motivated, hardworking individuals to join our client's team as Field Technicians servicing dock equipment, overhead doors, and fire doors. This is a physical job that requires a solid work ethic and the ability to work independently and professionally.

Note:

• THC use is not allowed

• Must pass extensive background check

• Completion of a 7-hour unpaid safety training course is required for hire

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintenance and installation of loading dock equipment and overhead doors

• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, motors, overhead doors, levelers, vehicle restraints, etc.

• Reading electrical voltages, diagnosing components, tracing wires (electrical experience a plus)

• Welding experience is a plus

• Traveling to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment

• Communicating with customers verbally and in writing about needed repairs and getting repair approval

• Completing daily paperwork and timecards

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a drug screen

• Own a good selection of tools

• 2+ years of experience preferred but not required
