Sooo Clean, a fast-growing cleaning service based in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, is looking for motivated Cleaning Professionals to join our team! Cleaning experience is very much appreciated but not required; training will be provided.
Who We Are:
Sooo Clean is a startup with a passion for providing top-tier cleaning services for short-term rental properties (like Airbnbs) and commercial spaces (offices, clinics, studios, etc.), as well as residential homes. We believe in delivering excellence, supporting our team, and growing together.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing turnover services for short-term rental properties in between guest stays
- Clean commercial properties to a professional standard (offices, clinics, waiting rooms, common areas, restrooms, salons, etc.)
- Perform residential deep cleans and recurring maintenance cleaning and sanitizing (weekly, bi-weekly)
- Travel from our downtown office to various client locations (and back)
- Keep track of supplies and communicate needs or concerns to management
- Deliver a consistently high-quality clean with care and attention to detail
Physical Duties:
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Empty and clean trash receptacles (inside&out) and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards
- Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning and post-construction cleaning
- Ensure all cleaning equipment & Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is used safely and correctly and is maintained in good working condition
- · Working with various chemicals
What You’ll Need:
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Ability to meet at our downtown Sault Ste. Marie office before and after shifts
- Clean background (will background check and drug test)
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift, bend, crouch, reach, and lift & move 25 pounds
- Attention to detail, time management skills, professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Hours:
