Work You'll Do
Our Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure service provides expert solutions to design, deploy, and manage hybrid cloud environments. We modernize core infrastructure, networks, and AI platforms from the data center to the edge and develop new infrastructure and device services that help clients stay ahead with the latest technological advancements.
As a Senior Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transaction programs, you will lead and shape the strategy, integration, and modernization of enterprise infrastructure across cloud, data center, and network domains. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and executing scalable and secure integration models-including data center integrations, consolidation, and migrations-that support seamless technology transitions across global IT environments during complex M&A transactions. You will play a pivotal role in:
Environment assessment, design and migration strategies for compute, network, and storage platforms-on-premises and cloud-based.
Integration of acquired environments into unified managed services models
Developing hybrid and multi-cloud operating models that enable speed, scalability, and resilience
Driving post-close infrastructure rationalization and cost optimization
Establishing secure, unified infrastructure and cloud environments that align with business and IT strategies
Leading teams through integration of acquired infrastructure, including colocation, private cloud, and hyperscale public cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture, with a strong focus on hybrid cloud, data center, and network systems
Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure-related components of large-scale M&A transactions (due diligence, planning, integration, and migration)
Proven expertise in cloud and on-premises integration strategies, including hybrid cloud operating models, data center rationalization, and managed services
Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and core infrastructure components (compute, storage, network, backup/recovery)
Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations, security, governance, and compliance in transitional environments
Ability to advise C-level clients and lead complex, multi-stakeholder integration efforts
Project and program leadership experience, including multi-year transformation roadmaps
Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on client and project needs
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience integrating global IT environments during cross-border M&A activities
Background in managed service transitions, data center outsourcing, or cloud enablement programs
Experience with infrastructure discovery and dependency mapping tools
Familiarity with secure networking practices, SD-WAN, and cloud interconnect strategies
Understanding of operational challenges tied to technical debt, legacy platforms, and hybrid environments
Exposure to financial modeling and business case development for infrastructure programs
Certifications preferred (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL)

Wages + Salary
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 193,700 to $ 322,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
