Position Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Landscaping Crew Leader is required.

• Pesticide Spray Applicator experience and required licenses are mandatory. Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

• A valid Chauffeur's License and State of Michigan MDARD Pesticide Licenses are required.

• Irrigation experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• $20.00 per hour for candidates who meet all stated experience and licensing requirements.

• Candidates missing required experience or licenses may be offered a lower starting wage.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Driver’s record check

• Criminal background check

• Drug test (as part of the DOT medical card process)

Here’s what you’d do:

You’d flex your leadership skills, directing the work of 2-5 team members. You’d ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee crews in varying service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.
