Job Title: Maintenance/Custodian

Summary:

Responsible for various tasks, including general cleaning and disinfecting, and maintaining
cleanliness in restrooms, and completing additional duties as assigned. Also responsible for
general maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn, and rounds, and other various
tasks.

Rate of Pay: $15.75 - 16.75/hour

Starting Date: ASAP

Supervisor: Maintenance Director
