Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will focus primarily on troubleshooting electrical sensors, wires, pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics such as Fanuc and Kuka
The role involves working with pneumatic systems, hoses, and wiring within automated cells
Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, assisting with capital equipment installations, and occasionally undertaking building and facilities maintenance tasks

Maintain and repair pneumatic systems and wiring within automated cells
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Assist with the installation of capital equipment
Undertake building and facilities maintenance when necessary
Essential Skills
3+ years of maintenance experience
3+ years of experience in troubleshooting automated assembly equipment
3+ years of experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including drop wire
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude.
Experience with Pick n Place, Robotics, HMI, Automated Lathes, Conveyors, and Paint systems.
Familiarity with 24 VDC to 3-phase 480 electrical systems.
Journeyman Card is a plus.
Willingness to learn and be trained.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
