Essential functions (job duties):
The Associate Residency Program Director will assist in new resident selection, orientation, evaluation and remediation; actively participate and provide input in overseeing and evaluating curriculum development and presenters in addressing all aspects of academic needs of residents including orientation to research and other scholarly activities; ensure the program meets accreditation standards; contribute to clinical teaching through bedside rounds, didactic sessions, etc.; collaborate with Program Director and provide input for strategic planning.

Applicants should be a licensed MD/DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
