We’re currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help lead our growing clinical team. Whether you’re an experienced BCBA or recently certified, if you’re passionate about making a difference and want to grow with a new organization—we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs through training, modeling, and feedback
- Monitor client progress and update programs as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support goals at home and in the community
- Uphold the ethical and professional standards of the BACB
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Licensed or eligible to practice as a BCBA in Michigan
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA caseloads
- Familiarity with Michigan Medicaid and private insurance
- Interest in leadership opportunities as the company expands
