Job Description -
- Title: Dip Tech
- Reports To: Plant Manager
- Pay Range: $15 - $20 / hr
- Bonus Structure: 30 day bonus of $200 + a 90 day bonus of $300, pending no unexcused absences or tardy days
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday
Start Time: 6:30am
End Time: 4:30pm
Responsibilities -
- Programming, Monitoring + Adjusting Dip Machines
- Turning on + monitoring oven temperatures
- Cleaning + Prepping plastisol tanks
- Following existing processes + assisting in creating new
- Documenting daily production
- Communicating with line loaders + Quality Control personnel regularly
Physical & Travel Requirements -
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to walk / stand for an entire shift
