Adecco is hiring immediately for a Shipping Clerk in Pontiac, MI. Weekly pay starting at $18 per hour with competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more. This is a full-time onsite opportunity on 3rd shift -a great chance to join a dependable and fast-paced team!
As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for recording shipping and receiving information and performing hands-on inventory control tasks. Full training is provided, and no previous experience is required-just bring your accuracy and motivation to learn!
Responsibilities:
Enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and other data into an inventory management system with 100% accuracy
Perform data entry and administrative functions using established computer programs
Process shipping and receiving documents; input information from bills of lading
Dispatch orders and provide tags for customer part selection
File and manage claims for misdirected parts; update claim information in the system
Conduct quality control checks to ensure supplier compliance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Clerical or data entry experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
Flexibility to work overtime, including some weekends if needed
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (30-minute break)
