General Summary:
Under the supervision of the Personal Health Director, provides support for the Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) Program. Interviews clients, obtains information and determines client eligibility for program enrollment. Performs clerical support tasks to assist in the paper & computerized record processing. Communicates work progress, on a consistent & regular basis, with divisional manager, staff and outside sources. Performs related work as assigned.
Employment Qualifications:
Education: College coursework of 2 years (Associated Degree) or more, preferred.
Experience: Two years of general clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare or public health setting.
