Axiom, Capac, MI - Account Manager

Axiom is a plastic injection molding supplier operating across Canada, US and Mexico. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Account Manager who can open doors to customers across the Appliances, Defense and Packaging industries for injection molded plastic parts. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact for key client accounts, address concerns, ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and implement solutions to maintain positive relationships.
- Drive revenue by identifying new customer opportunities across the appliances, Defense, packaging
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of products or services that meet client expectations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies
- Forecast and track key account metrics. (Annual Forecast, Quarterly sales reports)
- Attend Trade Shows or Industry Events as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of strong sales experience across appliances industry or defense industry or packaging industry
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
