Responsible for leading regular stand-up meetings, governance meetings, and strategic and technological meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination within the RPA team and with relevant stakeholders; actively engage with business stakeholders to swiftly identify automation opportunities that align with the organization's key business strategies; provide assistance and professional development support to team members, including active involvement in planning ongoing technical and career development paths for the RPA team; monitor team members' progress on tasks, offering necessary support and guidance to ensure successful completion; use workshops and process assessment tools such as Automation Hub to prioritize processes for automation based on strategic objectives and potential impact; schedule and track various RPA-related activities, including process workshops, awareness sessions, and strategic meetings to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives; utilize UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, VBScript, C#, ASP.Net, HTML, JSON, MS Visio, MS Desktop Power Automate, and UiPath Insights to perform duties; execute on the automation roadmap by making informed prioritization decisions, planning and tracking project budgets, and measuring the outcomes and impact of implemented solutions; responsible for ongoing RPA environment and bot operations, promptly addressing any issues or challenges encountered across the FST (Finance, Sales, and Technology) organization; develop strategic future-state solutions leveraging automation technologies such as RPA and Machine Learning, while also incorporating business process engineering methodologies; and implement and adhere to internal governance processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols for RPA portfolio management and technical solutions.
Location: Plymouth, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US;
Salary: $119,025 per year;
Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Security, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as an Automation Developer, as a Java Developer, as a Software Developer, as an RPA Developer, or in a related occupation;
