What Gooding Solutions is Looking For
They're seeking individuals with at least three years of experience in:

Repairing and installing commercial sectional doors, coiling doors (rolling steel), and high-speed doors.

Repairing and installing dock levelers, dock restraints, seals, and enclosures, as well as other facility equipment.

Welding and using a torch.
-
Handling control wiring and reading schematics.

Operating a forklift and a scissor lift.

Providing excellent customer service to their valued clients.
Important Considerations for Applicants
This role involves working in diverse conditions and requires physical capabilities. You should be prepared to:

Travel throughout West Michigan.

Work outdoors in all environments, including very cold conditions.
-
Work at heights, off ladders, and out of lifts.

Be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Wear required safety equipment such as a hard hat, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and tight-fitting protective clothing.

Possess a clean driving record.

Pass safety training (OSHA 10 and 30 certifications are a plus).
