Ebony Elevate Beauty School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Cosmetology Instructor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging instruction in all areas of cosmetology, including hair, skin, and nails

Follow the school’s approved curriculum and maintain compliance with state licensing requirements

Provide hands-on demonstrations, classroom guidance, and individual student support

Track and assess student progress to ensure successful learning outcomes

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional classroom environment

Stay informed about current industry trends, techniques, and best practices
Minimum Qualifications:

Active State of Michigan Cosmetology License (required)

Cosmetology Instructor License (preferred) or willingness to obtain

Prior teaching or salon experience preferred but not required — training can be provided for the right candidate
