POSITION: Part-Time GLOE Secretary
DESCRIPTION: Part-time secretarial position responsible to the GLOE principal. 20 hours per week with
additional hours anticipated.
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma and the ability to successfully pass a skill test if necessary.
Three to five years of relevant office experience and/or some college/Associate’s
degree preferred.
? demonstrate strong word processing and data entry computer skills
? have experience with Windows/MS Office environment and Google suites
? possess strong organizational skills and be able to work as a team player with
staff, parents and children in a patient and highly professional manner.
? be able to keep accurate records and be responsible for daily attendance and
student records.
? possess good communication and telephone skills.
? be able to handle multi-tasks with many interruptions and maintain
confidentiality.
? be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment.
? be able to to work effectively with/supervise high school age students.
WORK YEAR: 180 Student days plus 2 weeks before/after school starts/ends, holidays and vacation.
SALARY: According to the terms of the Master Agreement.
