- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Art & Design Technology, or a closely related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Proven experience supporting Mac hardware and operating systems
- Experience with digital media tools and creative software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, 3D printing software)
- Ability to administer and maintain a student laptop / equipment checkout program, including inventory tracking, loan policies, and basic hardware / software troubleshooting
- Ability to manage and maintain our digital fabrication tools and photography darkroom to OHSA safety standards and MSDS safety sheets
- Ability to hire, train, supervise and schedule work-study and student workers, and one lab assistant
- Willingness to work with, and assist, students and faculty with varying levels of tech literacy
