Responsibilities*
Provide support for the Assisted Reproductive Technologies Lab and the Center for Reproductive Medicine. Create hospital office visits in MiChart; data entry for the Society of Assisted Reproductive Technologies database; other data entry as needed; manage IUI/TDI scheduling as needed from within the lab; answer phone; check in patients; assist with routine lab maintenance and equipment; assist with lab supply ordering, inventory and stocking; update forms and protocols as needed
Required Qualifications*
Must have extensive knowledge of MS Office including Excel and experience with data mining, entry and analyses. Excellent customer service skills; must have documented excellent attendance record; must be organized, a multitasking self-starter and self-motivated with strong problem solving skills; high school graduate or equivalent; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; must be able to work well with others in a close team setting.
Desired Qualifications*
One year experience of data entry and analysis is preferred. An Associates or Bachelors degree is desired. Candidates with background in science is preferred.
Work Schedule
This is a Monday through Friday position, 40 hours per week.

This position is located at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Briarwood Bldg 1, Suite B, 475 Market Place, Ann Arbor, MI, 48108.
Background Screening
