Responsible for overseeing all system engineering activities and leading technical discussions
at the pack level. Collaborate closely with the engineering design team, prototype engineering team, suppliers, validation/testing team, customers, program managers, and business development to address key technical issues. Serve as the primary technical interface for customer projects and their applications. Lead a team of system engineering and requirement engineering professionals to ensure project delivery. Translate customer feedback into system requirements and develop compliance matrices. Conduct system-level DFMEA and integrate it with requirements and verification plans. Lead the development of system requirements, architecture, and system concept sizing, while also managing changes and tracking scope creep throughout the product life cycle. Drive cross-functional interface evaluations and implement system optimization strategies. Contribute to business development efforts by evaluating new opportunities. Provide strong support to mechanical engineering (ME), electrical engineering (EE), software engineering (SW), and business management systems (BMS) teams. Additionally, support functional safety, security, and reliability engineering analyses, as well as the development of system inspection requirements for end-of-line testing based on quality control plans.
