Description Seeking an Office Assistant in the Whitmore Lake, MI area. This role is fully onsite and designed to provide permanent front desk coverage. Hours are M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a half hour lunch, unless set schedule agreed otherwise. Pay up to $18/hr.

A Receptionist/Office Assistant position is available for a busy, fast paced office.
Must have knowledge/skills in some of the following areas:
Answering Phone and directing calls - please phone manners a must
Microsoft office, including EXCEL
Spreadsheets
Data entry and Number calculations
Number calculations
Clerical work on QuickBooks (experience not necessary but welcome)
Filing
Ordering lunch
Making copies
Making phone payments to suppliers
