- Conduct communications audits, user journey evaluations, and competitive benchmarking to inform recommendations
- Stay informed on automotive trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital tools/technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to a strong, collaborative strategic culture
- Confidently present strategy work internally and externally, adapting messaging for senior stakeholders
Education and Experience

- Strong understanding of content ecosystems, user behavior, and digital KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to lead integrated strategy development across large-scale websites or platforms
- Proven success building strategic presentations that inspire creative and influence executive stakeholders
- Confident communicator and storyteller, with experience presenting to senior clients
- Familiarity with automotive, tech, or similarly complex industries is a plus
- Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and able to turn findings into compelling insights
- Passionate about innovation, consumer behavior, and the evolving role of content in the digital journey
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (graduate degree a plus)
