We need a team member who will care about our employees, ensuring their pay and benefits are processed accurately and on time, responding to their questions and concerns respectfully. You will be working to honor our employee agreements and strengthen our human resources practices.
Duties:
Payroll Processing Administer all aspects of payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles including timecard issue resolution, direct deposits, garnishments, pay codes creation and implementing pay changes, uploading benefit import files, ensuring accurate deductions, processing sensitive pay documentation.
HR System Administration Super user for the HRIS software, including user access, system updates, data integrity, set up modifications and training support for users across departments. Ensure employee records are accurate.
Reporting Run custom HRIS reports and develop spreadsheets for Director of Human Resources and Supervisors to support data-driven decision-making for people practices.
Leave Management Administer all employee leaves of absence including personal, medical and FMLA leaves and processing all short- and long-term disabilities with our vendor.
Regulatory Compliance Manage monthly and annual reporting requirements for the Dept. of Labor, unemployment, retirement audits, employee census data.

Qualifications:
Required
Payroll, Human Resources, Bookkeeping, or Accounting experience.
Will teach the right candidate with some experience and an aptitude for technical administrative work and / or database administration experience.
