Create detailed project plans with task level information, phases, milestones and highlighted critical path items to provide visibility to the project stakeholders. Plan development of new configuration activities with vendors and coordinate activities with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) team for application testing and with business for User Acceptance Testing. Actively manage project's day-to-day activities and update project plan, AIDRs (Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Risks tracker) and to-do list for teams in daily status update meetings. For mergers & acquisitions, lead information technology system integration meetings and discussions with the business, acquired company’s SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and extended information technology teams to drive decisions and develop project plans. Coordinate activities with Enovia PLM team, extended information technology teams and vendors to execute data migration from source system to Enovia PLM team. Lead cross-functional and cross-team discussions to plan data migration, configuration development and system integration infrastructure needs for projects. Conduct project due diligence with business, SMEs and information technology to scope out work, uncover risks and estimate resource needs. Communicate project status on regular basis to project stakeholders, PMO (Project Management Office) and business track owners. Plan Go-live cutover activities with business, information technology and vendor and get agreement from all teams involved in the cutover. Develop Go-live readiness plan for post go-live application support. Manage the cutover activities for the rollout of application to the end users. Manage project risk and budget on regular basis. Present project progress to project steering committee. Attend and present project status on weekly basis to information technology PMO. Evaluate PLM team information technology products that provide value to the organization for managing product development, manufacturing and product support. Evaluate, engage and maintain relationship with vendors to execute projects. Salary Range $168,876-$220,500 per year.
Position Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 5 year(s) of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an information technology-related occupation.
