This individual will be responsible for securing, maintaining and developing referring medical offices. They will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, qualifying leads and developing relationships. As you would imagine this individual will need superior networking abilities as well as a proven ability to achieve goals and drive for results. Well-honed phone skills, a high ability to influence others and strong listening skills are all key to success in this position.
Candidates need to embrace the concept of being accountable for their own actions, be self motivated and able to manage their time efficiently. They will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic and a drive to advance and achieve.
Specific responsibilities include executing prospecting calls by phone, collecting profile data, and advancing relationships. The position is recommended for candidates that have some relationship development experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required, however, industry experience is not.

Compensation is base plus performance bonus.
