We are seeking an Human Resources Assistant in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Performing administrative duties such as maintaining the employee database
Maintaining proper records of payroll and benefit related functions
Managing the Applicant Tracking System process including online job postings, screening candidates and scheduling job interviews
Assisting the Human Resources department with additional essential business functions
You Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Strong email and telephone etiquette
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills
Prior administrative or HR experience
