- Monday through Friday work week – No weekends, No swing shifts

- On-the-job training, a good place to perfect welding skills you have already obtained
- Full time employment, working 40 to 50 hours per work week
- Night Shift: 5pm start time, 1:30am to 3:30am end time
- Clean, safe work environment with personal protective equipment provided
