A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy. Monday: 11:30am-4:00pm, Tuesday: 11:30am-4:00pm, Wednesday: 9:30am-5:15pm, Thursday: 9:30am-5:30pm, Friday: 11:30am-5:00pm
