As an Executive Protection Specialist, you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers.
You will provide security, services and protection for key leaders in the Stellantis organization to ensure vehicle timelines are supported and met by:
Perform high-level advances of potential meeting and travel destinations for company executives.
Provide security coverage for company executives as requested for travel and events.
Provide executive services as required.
Create risk assessment plans and execute them to the highest level.
Provide secure transportation for executives.
Ensure security activities are consistent with company standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain emergency response plans for travel and events.
Work closely with other security professionals and law enforcement agencies.
Propose and champion opportunities to improve department practices.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 2+ years experience in a related field
2 + years of applicable experience must be in a protective role, working within a team
Certification from an accredited protection training program, i.e., Oatman, ESI, LaSorsa
24/7 availability to respond to crises and short-notice events
Crisis management/emergency response experience
Ability to travel at short notice
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with firearms with the ability to meet State of Michigan LEOSA (HR 218) qualification requirements
Ability to obtain required licenses
Preferred Qualifications:
Emergency medical technician or related military or law enforcement medic
Protective/evasive driving certification from an accredited school, i.e., VDI, BSR
Security and fire protection experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
Knowledge of residential security and CCTV systems
CPP, PCI, or PSP certification
