Job Summary:
Under general direction, provides direct care to patients utilizing the nursing process. Guides and supervises nursing personnel, effective in role of charge nurse or resource person, collaborates with other health care professionals, and coordinates ancillary staff. Functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the Hospital and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
Minimum Requirements Education: Associate Degree, Diploma with preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing. If ADN or Diploma, has goal of completing BSN within 5 years of hire.Experience: 1 to 3 years experience preferred.Licensure: RN license in the State of Michigan Oakwood is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
