Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $18.50/HR
Schedule : 1st shift, 6:45am-3:15pm with overtime as required and could be 7 days a week

Plastic Molding Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Retrieving product from automatic and manual molding machines
- Visually inspecting and measuring all parts according to specifications and blueprints
- Very detailed inspection of small parts using a microscope
- Performing assembly work at the standard rate and meet all quality expectations
- Following all specifications, department procedures, and all ISO/GMP’s
- Understanding department goals and objectives as well as participate in advancing them
- Producing quality products while meeting standard rates
Plastic Molding Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in molding and assembly
- Excellent vision, dexterity and hand eye coordination
- May be required to pass a visual inspection test
- Able to read and write English fluently to follow blueprints and dimensional callouts
- Able to sit or stand for the shift duration as required
- Able to distinguish color differences and depth perception
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to work individually or in a team setting
- Must be able to pass a Nicotine test
