About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Automotive Marketing, the Global Content and Marketing Operations leader will lead the creative development and execution of our global content, digital, and social media strategy. This role also oversees marketing operations, ensuring alignment, agility, and performance across teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, creative leadership - bringing a passion for storytelling, and an enthusiasm for innovation-including the ability to thoughtfully integrate AI tools that elevate both creative outputs and operational efficiencies. This role leads cross-functional alignment across senior stakeholders in Product Management, Branded Marketing, Communications, Business Development, and Customer Accounts.
Your Team
Reporting to the Vice-President, Global Marketing for Automotive, Manage a global team of 6-8 direct reports. This role will primarily collaborate within the automotive marketing team including product marketing and branded car audio, the product space leaders, business development, sales and senior leadership team members.
What You Will Do
Define and drive a content strategy that blends strategic insight, creative storytelling, and bold innovation.
Deliver original, high-impact content that cuts through the noise and differentiates our brand -ranging from compelling thought leadership to immersive digital storytelling.
Champion a brand voice that is bold, consistent, and aligned with the innovation and ambition of the automotive tech space.
Drive the integration and use of AI-powered content tools (e.g., for ideation, personalization, and performance analysis) to amplify creative potential while maintaining brand authenticity and editorial integrity.
Shape a culture of creative experimentation, encouraging the team to explore new formats, narratives, and distribution methods.
Lead the strategy and execution of social media and digital content that builds engagement, brand affinity, and community.
Encourage imaginative use of emerging platforms, formats (e.g., short-form video, AR, interactive tools), and trends to differentiate the brand.
Lead internal teams and agencies to test bold creative concepts while ensuring brand consistency and performance.
Manage and mentor a global team of content writers, creators, social media experts, and digital marketers.
Oversee the marketing operations function, including account management and project management teams, ensuring strong execution and alignment across initiatives.
Cultivate a team environment that thrives on creative collaboration, diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
Lead with empathy, vision, and a clear commitment to creative excellence and operational impact.
Drive creative process excellence-streamlining workflows while protecting space for ideation and iteration.
What You Need
BA or BS degree in business, marketing, communications or advertising.
10+ years of experience in advertising, content marketing, digital strategy, or brand storytelling, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience driving creative excellence in a B2B or B2C environment, ideally within the automotive technology or mobility sectors.
Exceptional storytelling skills with a portfolio or track record that demonstrates creative leadership and narrative innovation.
Strategic thinker with a strong command of digital ecosystems, SEO, analytics, AI tools and marketing automation tools.
Deep experience managing and mentoring global, cross-functional creative teams.
Track record of building high-performing marketing operations systems that support agile, creative execution.
Collaborative, curious, and passionate about pushing boundaries and elevating brand experiences.

What Makes You Eligible
Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic only OR domestic and international travel.
This role is eligible to work remotely with weekly trips into the local office as scheduled or requested (this could be on 24-hour notice).
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Pay Transparency
$ 161,250 - $ 236,500
Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
