Introduction
PwC IT Services Limited (ITSCo) was created to provide shared technology services to PwC firms in a secure, legally compliant, efficient, and transparent manner. ITSCo is a separate legal entity owned and sponsored by a number of Strategy Council firms on behalf of the network with a head office in the UK, and subsidiaries and legal branches in the countries where it has operations (US, Singapore, Canada, Germany, Czech Republic, and Romania). ITSCo:
Operates PwCs Global Hosting Service;
Manages and supports many of PwCs global applications; and
Manages and operates the PwC Network Information Security (NIS) Operations Centre.
ITSCo solutions are used by most PwC firms, whether they be infrastructure, back office, or front office solutions and hosted on premise or in the cloud.

The ITSCo Compliance & Independence Operations Senior Manager supports the Compliance Officer & CISO with compliance, risk management projects, and ITSCo processes. They work with stakeholders to ensure compliance, assist with documentation and regular reporting, and update leadership on status. The role requires flexibility due to evolving requirements.
Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance and independence operations, focusing on adherence to PwC Network Risk Management standards across the entity, but with a particular focus on US subsidiary compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
US Subsidiary Compliance (including Independence compliance)
Lead day-to-day management of core independence processes essential to operational activities.
Support onboarding for US-based employees, including compliance confirmations and training.
Manage assessments and consultations with key stakeholders, providing guidance on independence and compliance policy matters.
Offer expert advice by interpreting compliance and independence policies in the context of specific queries and jurisdictional considerations.
Maintain an accurate entity portfolio in Checkpoint for the US pension scheme and other financial interests
Oversee the annual compliance confirmation and training process, including resolution of disclosures.
Support the handling of ethics cases and contribute to ad-hoc independence-related projects.
Group Networks Standards & Entity Compliance
Support the Compliance Officer in ensuringITSCos adherence to all applicable network standards, including internal audit, sanctions, ethics and business conduct, independence, anti-bribery, and brand compliance.
Monitor and support key stakeholders in delivering against standard requirements.
Proactively manage obligations owned by the ITSCo compliance team, including policy development, risk assessments, training, communications, and audit activities.
Assist the Compliance Officer in fulfilling the responsibilities of broader compliance function within ITSCo.
Risk Governance & Oversight
Manage the ITSCo Risk Committee, ensuring effective governance and oversight.
Maintain annual action and audit plans aligned with PwC Network Risk Management standards.
Ensure policies and guidance materials are regularly reviewed and updated.
Track and assess key compliance metrics and contribute to risk assessment processes.
Support the delivery of training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.

6 year(s) of progressive roles performing compliance, risk and/or information security roles.
