Secretary 7-E8
This position serves as a secretary providing clerical support of a technical nature to the AQD District office, including documenting and tracking documents using specific AQD databases; and generating and editing complex letters, reports, and documents relating to Title V Renewable Operating Permits (ROPs) using the MiEnviro Portal and other AQD programs/databases. This position also processes all AQD Cadillac District Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. The position also provides administrative support to other Divisions as necessary and backup support to other secretaries.

Two years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including one year equivalent to 6-level administrative support experience.

Three years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including one year equivalent to experienced-level administrative support work or equivalent to a Secretary 7 or Legal Secretary 7.
Secretary9
Four years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including one year equivalent to advanced 8-level administrative support work, or equivalent to a Secretary E8, or Legal Secretary E8.
OR
Four years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including two years equivalent to experienced E7-level administrative support work, or equivalent to a Secretary 7, or Legal Secretary 7.
