Job Title: Contracts and Pricing AnalystJob Description
The Contracts and Pricing Analyst will assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based on current business and competitive market dynamics. This role involves conducting research, performing competitive pricing analysis, and monitoring the ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact the company reputation or customer satisfaction. The analyst will collaborate with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance teams to correctly position the product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Additionally, the analyst will evaluate opportunities to monetize products initially offered at little to no cost and create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned in the marketplace. This role also includes projecting the impact of pricing changes, individual promotions, and rebate programs on revenue, as well as creating and administering pricing databases and coordinating implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based on market dynamics.
Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis.
Monitor the competitive environment to ensure company reputation and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance teams to position product portfolio correctly.
Establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
Evaluate opportunities to monetize products and create upsell opportunities.
Project the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs on revenue.
Create and administer pricing databases.
Coordinate implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
Assist the Contract Performance Management Team with processing rebates, entering new agreements, and helping with customer conversion data from Oracle to SAP.
Essential Skills
Experience with pricing analysis.
Knowledge of multiple ERP systems.
Intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.81 - $35.48/hr.
