Fairfield Inn and Suites of Gaylord is looking to fill a Hotel Houseman position.

The Hotel Houseman supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness of guest areas. Responsibilities include transporting linens and supplies, cleaning public areas, assisting with room setup, and responding to guest and staff requests. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and restock linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and public areas
• Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest service requests
• Support housekeeping staff with heavy lifting or moving furniture

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior hotel or janitorial experience a plus
• Ability to lift heavy items and be on feet for extended periods
