We’re on the hunt for Senior-Level Tradesmen and Crew Leaders who take ownership of their work, show up with purpose, and bring a bit of fire to the job every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example on a variety of residential and commercial building projects
- Mentor apprentices and share trade knowledge the right way
- Collaborate with a team that values pride, respect, and old-school integrity
- Bring the hustle to get the job done safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- A Leader
- A capable Pro that doesn't need babysitting
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in construction trades (carpentry, framing, finish work, or general labor)
- Proven reliability—you take the responsibility seriously and show up ready to go
- A positive attitude, respect for your crew, and high personal standards
- Bonus: experience reading blueprints, leading a small crew, or managing subs
