· High School Diploma or GED
· 1+ years' Metal Finishing/ Grinding experience required
· Previous manufacturing experience preferred
· Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
· Ability to comprehend and apply written procedures, safety protocols, and operational instructions
· Willingness and ability to learn and retain new skills
· Compliance with general attendance standards required
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Operate hand tools such as grinders, belt sanders, band saws, and drill presses to meet customer specifications
· Use calibrated tools and precision measuring devices to ensure parts meet quality standards
· Complete all required documentation and checklists accurately and on time
· Perform tasks with a strong focus on safety, quality, and personal responsibility
Available Shifts:
· 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm ($17.00/hr. with 12% shift premium bringing pay up to $ 19.05/hr.)
· 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am ($17.00/hr. with 15% shift premium bringing pay up to $ 19.55/hr.)
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.55 per hour
