- Associate’s degree in business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines for an executive level leader.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation, document organization and presentation.
- Knowledge of paper and electronic file organization and management.
- Ability to compose routine correspondence.
- Advanced Word and Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to track deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public, students, faculty, and staff.
- Ability to work well with upper management and on highly confidential matters.
- Ability to manage assigned projects independently or with minor guidance.
- Notary Public License or obtain within 12 months.
