We are hiring an Associate to Sr. Project Manager to lead innovative product development at Steelcase's world-class innovation center. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a product development-related field or military equivalent experience
Professional working experience

Desired Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with the product development lifecycle (PDL)-including supply chain, engineering, or design
Experience influencing business leaders and managing stakeholder alignment
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated experience leading product development or similar cross-functional projects
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead new product development projects from concept through market launch
Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around project scope, goals, and timelines
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring accountability and transparency
Facilitate decision-making reviews and influence business priorities
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance future project outcomes
