Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Scheduler to join an automotive client in Redford Michigan. The person in this position will be responsible for creating the Master Schedule for all demolition, construction, logistics, and installation activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage installation schedule using Microsoft Project
o Contact and collect vendor schedule updates for weekly program roll-up
Integrate, monitor, and report status and scheduling concerns
Review and analyze contractor/vendor schedule submissions for compliance to timing and standards
Prepare recovery plans
Coordinate schedule with an on-site presence
Identify critical issues and impacts to critical path
Determine impact of changes to overall schedule and report deviations
Compensation: $40-45/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years working as a scheduler within the automotive manufacturing/construction industry
Experience using Microsoft Project
Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
PMP Certified null
