Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
Responsible for the manufacturing and assembling of custom windows and door walls in a dynamic facility. You will work in one of four areas: Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements, with opportunities for cross-training in different sub-assemblies as you grow.
Responsibilities
Assemble windows or doorwalls, including measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials.
Repetitively lift and move materials ranging from 10 to 50+ lbs.
Punch holes, strip materials, and use hand tools.
Place flexy glass on frames.
Operate machines, saws, or weld when going direct.
Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, etc.
Stock and clean workspace and general areas.
Complete other assigned duties or responsibilities.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
Knowledge of hand tools and ability to hold and use them effectively.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
Capability to bend, twist, and squat during the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure.

Work Environment
Work inside a facility with temperature fluctuations, somewhat reflective of seasonal conditions, similar to a garage with large doors for ventilation. The space is well-lit with moderate noise levels, and the break room is air-conditioned with amenities like coolers of Gatorade during hot days. You should be comfortable working in a hot, noisy environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
