With a trove of fresh initiatives on the horizon, we are seeking a skillful Senior Manager of Solution Marketing to navigate the competitive dynamics of the EPM market and propel us toward new growth trajectories. This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Solution Marketing, will be crucial in molding the company's strategic messaging and positioning, orchestrating Go-To-Market product launch strategies, executing market research, and enhancing sales enablement.
In this role, the Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product management, alliances, competitive intelligence, marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and Go-To-Market teams-to increase market awareness and sales enablement. This position focuses on supporting Commercialization, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), and Strategic Partnership Solutions, with a targeted approach to engaging the Office of the CFO and finance leaders across the EPM ecosystem.
This individual will have accountability for the creation and communication of impactful storylines highlighting OneStream's platform advantage for Commercialization, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), and Strategic Partnership Solutions, plus own, manage and communicate new feature/functionality launches, product adoption and customer success - providing product/ industry input, collateral, education and GTM enablement tools required to help OneStream attract new customers, advance customer adoption, and achieve a significant increase in sales goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Solution Marketing Leadership: Direct global marketing initiatives for OneStream's extensive suite of products, emphasizing Commercialization, ISV, and Strategic Partnership Solutions.
Content & Messaging Development: Craft compelling messaging and develop sales tools that convey the unique value of OneStream's infinitely extensible platform.
Product Launch Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle product launches, formulating value propositions aligned with our market strategy.
GTM Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate Go-To-Market strategies by thoroughly understanding the intricate buying/selling processes, which involve a strong proficiency in software and solution arenas.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with field marketing, product management, and campaign teams to drive market engagement and ensure strategic alignment with broader business goals.
Market Insight Cultivation: Utilize extensive market intelligence and competition analysis to inform market strategies, fortifying OneStream's positioning in the PM landscape.
Own global solution marketing for new offerings from OneStream's Commercialization, Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Strategic Partnership Solutions, and collaborate on sales enablement plans to support revenue objectives of growing existing ACV and acquiring new customers.
Develop new and differentiated messaging and positioning, build and deliver sales tools across the sales cycle, including presentations, white papers, data sheets, and other tools, to enable Go-To-Market teams to communicate the value of OneStream's platform effectively.
Manage launches across virtual teams by building value messaging in collaboration with product management, develop collateral and sales tools, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft marketing plans. Develop, drive and support partner enablement in collaboration with partner marketing.
Partner with field marketing and campaign teams to create and support OneStream's Commercialization, Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Strategic Partnership Solutions customer journeys, which drive engagement at each B2B buyer's journey stage. This includes email programs, webinars and field events. Provide speaking support as needed.
Bring deep knowledge and expertise of complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and solution purchases and translate that to successful GTM strategies.
Instigate compelling buyer persona and market research activities, leveraging primary and secondary research to identify potential market opportunities.
Partner with key industry experts to analyze market trends and competitive strategies. Collaborate with competitive intelligence to create actionable intelligence for the OneStream Go-To-Market teams, product management, marketing, and executive teams to elevate our positioning and increase our win rate against the competition.
Evangelize and elevate the messaging around our solutions from high-level speaking engagements at field marketing events, conferences, and tradeshows to analysts and customers.
Develop compelling messaging, content & presentations, and other sales tools for the global sales team.
Drive effective customer interviews to create more value-based case studies and video content that demonstrate OneStream's value to prospects and customers.
Manage complex and ambiguous communications across key business stakeholders within product management, presales domain, and customer adoption marketing to advance the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and influence executive and domain-centric user groups.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Advanced degree/MBA is a plus.
