- Experience working with adolescent-aged students with behavioral challenges, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, ODD, trauma, or other behavioral or emotional disorders.
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques (e.g., ABA, PBIS, crisis intervention strategies).
- Experience with data collection and behavioral assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and develop creative interventions to address diverse behavioral needs.
