Under the Store Manager's guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
· Communication - Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
· Metrics Mindedness - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
· Process Orientation - Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
· Teamwork - Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
· Parts Sales & Inventory Management - Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
· Safety & Compliance - Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
· Commercial Account Support - Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
· Problem Solving - Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
