Job Description

Under direction of Clinical/Practice Mgr, will be responsible for patient assessment, maintain appropriate documentation, coordinating care to assure high quality, compassionate patient care is provided. They will maintain and oversee the chart preparation for future appointments. They will be responsible for ordering all supplies for patient managment. The will train new employees as needed once they have completed their probationary period. They will assist with coordinating and ensure continuity of care with other providers. Also, will assist with general office duties ( faxing, filing, telephone ) as needed. Request prior auth's from Ins. Companies for treatment, other duties as assigned by Manager. $18.00 -$25.00 starting wage

Additional Requirements

Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Tech, Liscensed Practial Nurset

be able to lift 20lbs with restriction

have dependable transportation

beable to travel to our other areas of clinics (with mileage given)

Excellent communication skills a must

Experience with Electronic Medical Record

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word

beable to multi-task
