Drive marketing thru numerous marketing channels
Spend at least 75% of the time outside of the office engaging in sales activities
Consistently grow and maintain a pipeline of local advertisers with marketing budgets
Meet or exceed sales goals and ensure a timely collection of accounts sold
Maintain and expand client account lists while continually seeking new business
Create promotional plans, commercial ideas, advertising proposals, and sales materials
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure campaign success and event execution
Attend regular sales meetings training sessions and client events
Proactively contact prospective clients to sell comprehensive radio, event and digital advertising packages
Build and maintain strong client relationships thru excellent service and communication
Perform additional duties as needed to support company objectives
