Accountable for leading the area from the order purchase until the final delivery. Structure and Own Operational KPIs: Lates, Lead time, Shipment (Conversion and SLRR), On time to Promise (above 75%). Create and update open orders and in process dashboards / reports for D2C. Identify opportunities in both open order and in process space to improve core metrics. Work closely with D2C Sales Ops and D2C Post Purchase teams to ensure synergy and unified strategy to better delivery results aligned with the D2C Sales Ops’s long term strategy. Create governance with cross functional teams to ensure priorities and actions for the week are aligned: Anticipate deliveries, Schedule pending deliveries, Split orders, Escalate and prioritize deliveries, among others. Create performance review process with Supply Chain, Consumer Services and PEAR to ensure commitments to the channel are being delivered and improve planning accuracy. Review and design ISC Replan and Consumer Reschedule policies and processes. Strategical Holiday Deliveries, work closely with Post Purchase and Supply Team to ensure better customer experience. Optimize Parts and Accessories shipments, analyzing portfolio, availability by location, actual results, etc. to come with a reliable strategy to ship better without disrupting the business. Unlock C- Stock planned orders strategy and deployment for D2C.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics or an equivalent experience demonstrating ability in managing customer experience and other operations management with a manufacturer.
