- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s License.
- Must have no points on driving record and be able to pass a physical, including a drug test.
- Meet bus driver certification requirements as established by the State of Michigan.
- Ability to read and understand maps.
- Presence on the job is an employee’s fundamental obligation. Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is required.
- Ability to keep calm in emotionally stressful situations.
