Job Description
Join our dynamic team in the Electrode Department, where you will work on a day shift from 6 am to 6 pm, following a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, and 3 days on. You will alternate between a 36-hour week and a 48-hour week, working every other weekend. The department comprises three areas: Mixing, Coding, and General Labor.
Responsibilities
Prepare equipment and materials for production.
Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, input materials, and monitor defects/loss for continuous self-inspection of the product and quality checks.
Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System).
Track all non-conformances and scraps.
In the Mixing department, wear a full mask respirator while dumping powders into bins to start the mixing process, which takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.
In the Coding department, occasionally enter big oven rooms with temperatures around 330-350 degrees Fahrenheit to fix line breaks. This task may require pulling/pushing guided weights.

Work Environment
Experience working in a vast facility with ample walking from building to building. The department is a clean room requiring specific attire such as garbs and beard nets if applicable. The environment is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, emphasizing the 5S3K principles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
