We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance support for assigned buildings. In this role, you'll help keep facilities safe, functional, and looking their best while tackling a variety of maintenance tasks. What You'll Do:
Monitor buildings and grounds to ensure they remain safe, secure, and well-maintained
Troubleshoot and repair power systems, HVAC systems and controls, and mechanical systems
Perform general and preventive maintenance tasks including carpentry and plumbing repairs
Manage vendor relationships as needed for specialized repairs or services
Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as required
Assist with moving office furniture, equipment, and materials
What You Bring:
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of machines, tools, their design, use, repair, and maintenance
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
